IIW – Industrial Engineers & Contractors is a leading EPC company established in 1978, delivering comprehensive engineering and construction solutions across Pakistan. With over four decades of experience, IIW specializes in executing complex industrial and infrastructure projects with precision, efficiency, and compliance.

Our expertise spans across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, primarily serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Retail Infrastructure sectors. In addition to industrial projects, IIW also undertakes large-scale civil infrastructure development including roads, pavements, building construction, aviation sector infrastructure, and educational institution projects, ensuring complete end-to-end project delivery.

We are supported by a highly qualified engineering team and a dedicated workforce trained to operate under demanding site conditions. Equipped with modern tools, advanced technologies, and strong project management capabilities, our teams are committed to delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

IIW is licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-A and is approved by the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) for the manufacturing of pressure vessels. Furthermore, the company is listed with the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) in C1 category, enabling us to deliver renewable energy and solar infrastructure projects.

Syed Irshad Ahmed Bukhari

The IIW people have a history of leadership since 1978 in the production of country-wide Fuel Storage Tanks, Steel Structures and the form work of Pre-stressed/precast concrete girders and deck slabs. After 3 decades of excellence, it has now grown to be one of the most competent and specialized contractors providing solutions in every field of construction.

Because of the resources (fully loaded workshop, construction equipment, and skilled manpower) I am proud to present our patrons the team of professionals who can ensure the quality and HSE oriented work site where the client's satisfaction is our utmost priority throughout the country. We are not only committed to the customer's satisfaction but the welfare of the IIW employees and the society is in our utmost priority.

We ensure professional teamwork in the contracts we undertake and the mobilization of multidisciplinary manpower skilled in integrated planning, design and construction of large dia pipelines (water, sewerage and oil) and large complex activities including industrial and residential construction. We also construct bulk oil terminals, chemical terminals, wastewater treatment plants, lube oil blending plants, and their associated facilities.
